Kalachakra, the Glorious Wheel of Peace Time
This practice was elaborated by Lama Gangchen to help practitioners of the NgalSo lineage to deepen their knowledge and experience on the meditation of Kalachakra that was introduced in the book NgalSo Tantric Self-Healing II.
The Buddha said: “Just as it is in the outer world, so too it is in the inner world.” The Kalachakra Tantra offers us the key to understanding and harmonising the energies of the body and mind with those of the universe, using them to develop inner peace in order to realise world peace and attain healing and enlightenment.
